Bridesmaids and Groomsmen MUST-HAVES

It’s here! The big day is finally upon us! If you do not want to be stuck in a frenzy, unsure of what to pack to be your best to support the brides, bride and groom, or grooms, look no further! Listed below are all the necessities to make your day as seamless as possible.

Attitude

The best thing to bring with you on the big day is a positive attitude. Being included in someone’s wedding is a great honor, so make sure you make this day as smooth as possible for the soon-to-be-newlyweds. Keeping a can-do, kind attitude will ensure that no unnecessary hassles come their way due to anyone else’s behavior.

As Catherine Pulsifer said, “Your attitude can take you forward or your attitude can take you down. The choice is always yours!”

Gifts

No one is exempt from a wedding day gift, especially those closest to the couple. No matter how big or small, gifts are always appreciated. Make sure to have a gift with you, on its way, in your cart, or in mind when the big day comes.

Tools to Look Good

Today is the day to not only act your best but also look your best. Make sure you bring all the tools needed to keep you looking good. Here are some examples of what to put in your toolkit; bobby pins, safety pins, a hairbrush, a comb, extra pair of socks, contacts, glasses, a lint roller, a change of clothes, extra jewelry, pair of scissors.

Tools to Feel Good

As a bridesmaid or a groomsman, good hygiene is essential. Along with looking good, you need to feel as good as possible. Here are some of the toiletries that you need to fit in your bag; a toothbrush, toothpaste, mints, toothpick, cleanser or makeup, moisturizer (lotion, oil, etc), deodorant, razor, and bandaids. Whether full-size or travel-size, these essentials will have your body feeling fresher than ever.

Can’t Forgets

Now you have got your deodorant, favorite hairbrush, the couple’s dream gift, and the best attitude possible, what else could you bring? During all of the packing, it’s easy to forget some of the things you need the most. Here is a reminder of the things you need to triple-check to make sure they are in your bag; phone charger, wallet, snacks, phone, water bottle, keys, medications, and earbuds/headphones.
