My week starts with a focus on content creation, where I channel my creativity into constructing a blog. Another crucial aspect of my role is writing our weekly newsletter. This is our chance to connect with clients and subscribers, providing updates, special offers, and highlights from recent events. It’s a fun challenge to craft engaging content that captures our brand’s voice and keeps our audience excited about what we do. Following up with leads is a daily task that keeps me on my toes. It’s all about building relationships and understanding our client’s needs. Whether it’s through emails, phone calls, or in person consultations, I ensure we’re always in touch and ready to assist with their event planning journey.

Social media is another big part of my job. I love curating posts that showcase our beautiful events, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, and engaging with our followers. Whether it’s a sneak peek of an event set up or a quick tip for brides-to-be, there’s always something to share. One of the most exciting parts of my job is heading out to the venue locations. Setting up decor and capturing content for social media is where the magic truly happens. Seeing a venue transform into a breathtaking space and being able to share that transformation with our audience is incredibly fulfilling. We often participate in street fairs, too, where we promote our business, meet new people, and showcase our services. It’s perfect for networking and connecting with the community.
