Wedding Day COORDINATOR FOR the
couple who've planned their wedding
themselves, this service affords the peace
of mind to know that a dedicated
professional will be managing the day,
taking care of the finishing touches and
ensuring your wedding is everything you
dreamed it would be. Two to three weeks
prior to your event, we'll meet with you to
extensively discuss the day's arrangements.
Following this meeting we'll produce a
highly detailed wedding day schedule and
contact all suppliers to ensure they have a
clear understanding of the day's
arrangements and time line. You'll receive
unlimited telephone and e-mail support and
we'll be there on the big day, armed with
our emergency kit, decorating your venue and
making sure everything goes perfectly to
plan! (5 hours of service on wedding day)

Full Wedding Planning & DESIGN
IT is our wish that every Wedding we are
involved with is unique and tailored to suit
YOU’RE every need. Dedicated to you and your
celebration this extensive service
encompasses all aspects of your wedding from
sourcing a venue, tracking your budget to
identifying a design theme that is personal
and unique to you and your celebration.
We'll be with you every step of the way,
taking care of every little detail. We will
source all the necessary suppliers from;
florists, photographers, invitations,
transportation, music, etc., - getting you
the highest quality wedding suppliers
offering the greatest possible value, often
for quite dramatically reduced costs. We
will attend and coordinate your wedding day
from ceremony to reception, assisting your
guests, managing everything; we will be
working with the venue and all suppliers to
ensure that every detail of the wedding plan
is followed through.
